At Reflections Photography we understand that your wedding photographs will be so precious to you not only in the weeks and months following your wedding but even more so as each year passes. We also understand the reality of the situation in that your wedding photography could take up a substantial chunk of your overall budget and so to this end we have created our unique Price Builder system.
As your wedding photographs will be the one tangible thing that you will still have years after the big day itself it is important to think about your photography spend as an investment rather than just another cost on the day, to add on to all the other many costs that are associated with your wedding.
We have found over the years that different clients want different things as part of their wedding day photography requirements. Some clients want everything covered, from the bridal preps right up to the first dance and everything in between. Others may not want the photographer present during the morning preparations while more clients feel that they would like to relax and not have the photographer present for the speeches or the first dance. Some clients would like a digital package only while other clients would like to have a beautiful album that will be in the family for generations to come.
Through all the many different packages we have helped our clients create we have found that everyone wants at the very minimum, coverage of the ceremony, family group shots and of course a photo session with the Bride and Groom. And so based on this information we created our Price Builder system to help you decide how you want to invest in your wedding day photography.
Everything starts with Your Investment Starting Point. This will be your entry point and includes:
We will be at your ceremony venue in plenty of time to capture shots of the groom and guests and of course the beautiful bride as she arrives. Throughout the ceremony we will capture all the key moments; exchanging rings, lighting candles, signing the register etc but we will also get those gorgeous candid shots, the smiles, the looks, the laughter, maybe a happy tear or two, and of course that first kiss.
Following on from the ceremony we will move straight into your family photographs. In preparation for the big day we will have worked with you beforehand to create a list of required family group shots and will ensure that we secure each and every group shot as requested on the day. Once these family group shots have been completed, we then move on to a quick shoot with the bridal party. These are a mixture of shots with the bride and groom with their bridesmaids and groomsmen and are a real favourite with our clients. With the Bridal party shots in the bag it is time for the Bride and Groom to enjoy some alone time. At this point we leave the main wedding party to go off to a beautiful location chosen beforehand, and just have a bit of time where the Bride and Groom can enjoy a short time on their own together while we capture stunning yet very natural images of the happy couple as they take time out to enjoy the location and chat about the day so far with each other.
And that’s it! We then leave you alone to get back to your guests and enjoy the rest of your day. At Reflections Photography our ethos is that it is your wedding day, not our photo shoot! We want to get all the images you desire and more with as little fuss and intrusion as possible so that you when look back on your wedding day you will almost forget that there was a photographer there!
Shortly after your wedding day we will be in touch again to present you with your images. We use the highest quality 4gb USB memory sticks ensuring your images can be produced in both digital and print form at their absolute best. All images will be in jpeg form and file sizes large enough to create stunning prints at up to A2 size.
Finally for your convenience we will provide you with your own password protected online gallery. From here you can invite all your friends and family to view and share your favourite wedding day images. These images are ideal for sharing online through email or on social media.
